I am currently working on the Ironman Mark 6 suit and I am finally getting around to posting pictures of my progress. I started this project in November and I have completed the pep work on the arms, legs, helmet, chest, and I am finishing up on the back piece.

I have seen many videos and pics online that display the highly covetd Ironman helmet hinge, but there no are places that describe how it works or how to replicate it. I have searched all over and keep coming up with dead ends, for this reason I am going to display my plans and update as work through it. I am doing this because all of the pep files that I have were free and if it weren't for you guys that had shared these files, I would have never started this project.
