Well to start of course this was my first time doing this process so I just wanted to provide my experience, as well as some tips to not make the same mistakes i did :) I followed the instructions on the can for the mixing so it was okay, although I did add more drops of hardener as I felt more comfortable for the later pieces. I didnt know that the paper would give way as I went back over some areas, but thankfully I had the support struts so there was very little warping, if any. ...
First...my workstation lol Then...I have these pieces resined all inside and out :) And pepped the left and right biceps :D
These are pics from last years halloween..ill try to find more when I roamed the streets, but that halloween is the first time I MADE my own costume instead of buying it. I was going for a Resident evil zombie, so I bought white contacts, and created a latex piece over my lip to look like it was rotted/ripped off (Although other pics I dont have it on and just did a rotted teeth look). I created so much attention and crowds that I was instantly motivated to do something crazy for this years halloween. ...

I got this helmet thinking it would scale to my armor but it was wayy off..its too big for my head so now I dont know what the hell to do with it...I suppose Im willing to trade for other parts of armor...anyone interested? oh and its pulled from a mold and layered with urethane plastic so theres some work that needs to be done on it still...
still needs fiberglassing and bondo, paint but im happy with how it came out :)
