Making armor

so I have decided a while back to make halo armor. since Im not much of a perfectionist, I won't be bondoing any parts UNLESS they need it. its only for Halloween and hopefully for some short films on youtube since my brother is making one too.

Go to the deviant art link in the blog and there are some nice pics there. as for how I made it, they are the standard Pepakura files I downloaded from here, before the server was having issues, I printed the plans out on card stock and hot glued everything together. I then fiberglassed everything on the inside (except for the helmet which was fiberglassed on the outside) and painted it. A few things I did have to reprint because the scale was way off.
