update: energy sword with pictures

so over the many many months i have been putting together an energy sword, do to school and weather it has been delayed and now is finally 98% complete. the pictures that follow are all the steps up to this point.

and currently i am painting the handle.

uh yeah its a bit large if you look in the second yop can clearly see the ruler the handle itself is about a foot wide

yeah, did you make a mold for it? it doesnt look like paper

well its not exactly paper it has about 3 layers of fiberglass resin and fiberglass and Bondo plus paint

Yeah, I layered every thing on to the paper model, this is the first on I made

This looks really good. What was the length of you blade? I think mine was ~30 inches which works for me, can swing it downward without dragging the ground.

hmm, sounds about right i don't have a tape measure handy, ill add the dimensions of it later.
