i need help with printing on pepakura

everytime i try to print something on pepakura then it say's something about the printer is not set to the printing size or something like that but everytime i print then it's either to small or it cut's it off need help please!

I can't even get a file to go to 4share or Tamasoft pepakura designer so I can try to print. If you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.
