Where can I find the Classifieds section?

I see mentions of it everywhere but I can't find the Classifieds. Anybody think they can help me?

The classifieds can only be accessed by members with infantryman under their name, due to recasting etc..

You have to be a member on here for a while, also i read that you have to have so many blogs, or postings to get your status upgraded by helping others, sharing and providing information to help others. hope this helps.
