Start by reading the stickies in the forum sections. You want to learn/read how to use pepakura designer, how to fiberglass, how to use bondo body filler, and how to put in a visor. Most of it is a lot of reading and research in the beginning especially if you want to do it right. From there you will know what needs to be done and how to do it. You can then make the purchases for the materials to build a helmet/suit. I would highly recommend starting with just a helmet.
