Depending on what method you are using, you can add a coating of aqua resin (about $15 or so) on the inside and outside and let it cure for an hour. Line the inside with thin strips of fiber glass, about 1-2 thin layers ($14 or so), then put a coating of aqua resin on top of that. Let it cure for about 2 hours. Repeat with each piece of armor. Try primer, a coating of silver or gray-silver, then black. Hope this helps.
