has anyone done a jump jet restraint for the bicep yet?

no, no-one has attempted it yet
unfortunately it's the only unmodelled shoulder attachment...

i would have but couldn't see a practical way to build it from pepakura once it's modelled
...it may be easier to scratch build it from cardboard...

really? its the only unmodeled one? Is there a Hazop shoulder too? cause I like that one.

yeah - considering that i run the database and make all those "graphical representations" of our current armoury i should know! [/bragging]

and yes - HAZOP is available on the database, i modelled it...

well... i see a cry for help.. "dmango" from a gungnir helmet so i got the 3D file and Unfolded for you...

hi dxsus i down loaded your pep file of the gungnir and some parts still need arranging...
because if some-one wasn't to see it and they printed it off it mite be a waste of card and ink depending on whether they could bodge the pep or not (no dis intended)... none the less good effort
i could point them out 4 you if you like... :)

If I happen to do a search on 4shared for "gungnir" and downloaded this file, will I know who modeled this helmet and who unfolded it? The answer to both questions is no. At the very least, you should have included some information about who did the model. That's one of the jobs of the unfolder: to give proper credit to where it is due.

Another cristicism about the unfold is that you forgot to invert the faces before doing the actual unfold. I can tell that you didn't because when I turn off the texture in the Others menu, the 3D model on the left remains dark gray. The result is that the mountain and valley folds are switched around. Because of this, if you attempt to put together this helmet based on this unfold, the helmet will end up with the edge ID numbers inside, making it increasingly more difficult to assemble as you goes along.

that cool.. i well do a update soom.. but how do you in invert the faces.. i'm new to unfoldedin and i have a lot to get use to,
