Yup, this definitely deserved to be here. Would have been nice to have the WIP photos also included! Are you going to add an neon/fluorescent tape on the barrel tip to distinguish it from a real weapon?

Nope, no such requirements here in the UK, but I wouldn't recommend walking down the high street with it ...

Fantastic work! I am all for using whatever materials you have to achieve results, and thats what shows off real artistry. Very inspirational!

Im going to make a bright orange latex sleeve/cap for it because at some point I just might walk down the highstreet with it. Will have to check with my local coppers first though.

my brain.... just.. my eyes... I ... omfg.... wow.

I.. want it.. shiny... so... shiny...

progress pics? that's... too amazing to be true... .. cardboard and foamies... I mean... that CAN'T be it... can it? wait.. something has to glue it! what glue?! lol

OH and gonna check the links and too poor to mold?

Hmm... is it against 405th to give donations to other members for elite awesomeness in a can? Cuz this qualifies... then you'd just need to seal it and make sure you prepare it for the mold not to stick to the model and yeah.. definately Hall of Awesomeness worthy.

check the link in my signature for the WIP thread

For the card parts I use tubes of solvent free GP glue (it's a PVA based paste). For the foam parts I use a solvent based GP glue (bostik) or carpet adhesive.

I'll accept anything that's free!
