So okay my helmet is complete I have watch a few videos and instructions on how to resin the helmet. But I'm confused a bit on a few things i have watched people just use resin on the outside but not the inside portion but use Rondo (resin/bondo) on the inside. Or they Use fiber glass resin on the outside and use fiber glass resin on the inside with the Mats to help with structure but also use Rondo for add support and giving it a smooth process. So watching some of these videos i got a bit lost on what path i should do. I have seen a lot of people using Resin on the outside and Rondo (resin/bondo) on the inside. Which i feel like im going to use this method.

Also I want to kinda list out of what to (process of making the helmet.
1. Fiber Glass Resin outside Taking time with this doing patches to avoid warping.
2. Resin Cures
3.Combining Resin and Bondo to make Rondo putting it in helmet and spreading equally throughout making sure it gets in the cracks.
4. Let rondo settle and cure.
5. Begin to Bondo Exterior.

I will say im a little concerned about Bondo on the exterior because i have seen a lot of videos of how to apply bondo to a certain degree.
IS it really just a matter of apply bondo to the helmet then sanding it down to get it as close as you can to the proper angles and such?
I have my ODST helmet which I do not have to worry about as much because the majority of it is round.
But yeah any info is great ill watch videos ya post or anything. I may have seen it already but im down to watch it again lol.
IF ya can tell bit nervous because i don't want to mess it up lol.

I'm also starting on resin-ing the helmet. My plan: pre) have correct length sticks to support curing helmet 1) laminate inside of helmet with thin layer of resin and add bondo to small hard to reach curves 2) fiberglass inside of the helmet 3)laminate outside of the helmet 4)bondo outside of the helmet 5) sand 6) spot putty 7) paint
