really good stuff here man thanks i think you saved me a whole day of finding what i need now i just have one problem ? how do i get pepakura to size the build to my size when i print it out? The first time i did it i got 60 pages when i was working on the Fenix armor and that didn't work because it was mini size so how do i fix that if i'm only using the pepakura "viewer"? pls if you have anyone that could answer this for me that would be great i would like to get started as soon as possible. :)

Your going to need "designer" if you want to change the size/scale.

the full House Judiciary committee is considering moving forward with the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) bill. The SOPA bill, which has been has been encouraged by Hollywood. The Act would give the U.S. attorney general and copyright holders the ability to shut down “rogue websites.” Basically, it's Censorship of the internet and search engines like Google and Yahoo.

Google, Facebook, Yahoo, EBay, AOL, Twitter, LinkedIn, Mozilla, and Zynga all banded together in the fight against the SOPA bill.

True, I did not yet read the pages from the links you provided. But that was just me expressing myself after reading your post.

And when I say "proper credit is due," it applies to all forms of models, pep-files, and the such.
I am doing what I can to research the Original Modelers, Editers, Unfolders, and Contributors, and list them in my Pep-files.
And when it's difficult, I list the unknowns under either "Edited/Modeled/Unfolded by Unknown" or "Thanks to all of the Contributors..."

But like I said, that's just me.
And I need to go back and review my own files to double-check.

Thank's, 3080.

Edit:

Ok, Still reading through Title II, and I can understand what circumstances can befall the Net.
But I've got a few questions.

1. Is the 405th considered a "Rogue" website?
1a. Could we besubjected to be potentially be shut down?
2. Is the Distribution and Sharing of Pepakura Files considered as an Act of Piracy?
2a. Are the files that we modify for the sake of Prop and Costume-making for our online Community subjected to be labled as Pirated?

... And I know that (Jeeze! Can't type for my life today!!!) I have verrrry little experience in the field of Law, but as a member of the 405th, I believe that Prop and Costume-making is our Thing. It's what we do. And sharing our works for the better of the Community isn't necesarrily a bad thing when we know for a fact that they will be used for the joy of wearing the iconic MJOLNIR armor, weilding a glorious Gravity Hammer or and Energy Sword, or anything else we as a Community partake in for events, be they as large as Comic-Con or as small as my last LAN party.

And I have to go back to what I said about doing what we can to give proper credit where it is due. This is an honest site with a large Community, so Honor is a big thing for us.

...I was about to ask what the motto of the 405th was, but give me a sec... I've got it somewhere in my Database...

Edit2:

Honor. Armor. Unity. That's the 405th, guys. So let's do what we can to give people the credit they deserve, and not lie our way through this site. Let us uphold the standards we've set throughout our time as members of the Online Community that is the 405th Infantry Division.

Now that I've said my peice,... Brainfart. Crap.

I was trying to do what thought was right! And I was just trying to look out for every one. That's ALL I'm going to say! As for any files I posted I never keep track of the creator and I never took credit! I just re posted! the file to have them in one place! as I had posted I "found" the files, I never said I made them.

Not worried about it because this is one of those things that will likely never pass because it will be useless in court due to the ramifications of interpreting the broad scope of what this entitles.

This is like a homeland security proposition when there is no threat inside of the proposed area this would be encompassing.

Can you imagine how many people they would have to punish after they have invaded their privacy with no warrants?

In order for this to be useful in court it would violate way too many civil rights just for them to check for violations.

No judge would be willing to make this decision because when it is repealed, it would end the judges career.

The only way this could possibly work is if the internet was declared to be a completely public forum in which there is no expectation of privacy in ANY interactions that you have on the internet.

And I just dont see that happening.

Why does it say that this thread is closded now in my subscriptions?

Ok, I looked at the 1st page and found out... Why would this thread volentaraly be closed? Is it beacuse of all this legal talk?
