Yeah, cant think of a good name..... Im open to suggestions though, hanzacs was the first thing that sprang to mind.

You might be thinking of Vindex. He's my brother, but he's never on, and isn't actually making armour. He just found the site, and then he got a job.

Another thing I forgot to post last night, as I said in the Armageddon thread I've been told to keep in touch with Weta and they'll let me know when and where the 'Hog will be at any events in the future

How could forget ol' p0rtalman!

Also theres 1manbattalion, were both Aussies.

Well, at this stage it dosnt look like there are enough members to make it worth while. Perhaps I'll look into this idea again in 6 months or so.
To any kiwis who read this, you're most welcome to join the Outpost 42 forum, it is NZ's official 501st forum, but we have an active user base of non-501st members, and a great general costuming area.

That sounds good. I had a look there, but thought I could only join as a part of the 501st.

There are a few others, there wouldn’t be a huge point in creating a ANZHAC part of the forum. And if we had our own part every person from a different state in America would want one. Perhaps if we wait until the charter is finished, we should have a few more Aussies then.

Most of us Aussies keep in touch via MSN or similar, but it could be a good idea to use this thread to talk about upcoming events in Australia and NZ, I’m planning to go to Armageddon in NZ next year as I said in a different thread and ill probably catch up with some of you there. And if any NZ'ders are coming to Australia for an event, post about it here!

I think that may eventually happen, as it has with the various 501 garrisons and outposts around the globe.

Ah, zerebin, i talk to him on MSN sometimes, i think he has a finished suit. He's an Aussie.
Creating a forum just for us few would be pointless. But its good to see you would be willing to put in the effort. Ill be trying to recruit more people at a few cons later in the year.
