    The 405th Source team has been working hard since March to bring you this all new, interactive, web experience. We&#39;ve come a long way since our original PDF!

    This news hub will feature armor making tutorials, spotlights, videos, podcasts, reviews, convention coverage, Halo fictions, and much more! We hope you&#39;ll subscribe the RSS feed and become a registered user (allowing you to login and post replies to the stories!).

    Above all else, we hope you enjoy the new site!!

    It&#39;s great!
    Love the layout, Good job to everyone who helped put this together.

    Just one little thing though.
    Say if someone wanted to get to the forums, A noob lets say.
    The first thing they would do is type "405th.com" and click on the banner usually to get to the forums.
    Now though I&#39;ve looked on the new website and I can&#39;t find a way of getting from the website directly to the forums.
    Not without actually typing "/forums" in the address bar after the url. I just gathered it would make more sense to have a direct link on the home page strait to the forums.

    Anyway just a thought.

        Check out the 405th.com Links section underneath the User Helm and Tags. We tried to add some of the major forum links there for quick access.

          Oh yeah, I see em, I still think on the "bar" at the top with the links, just a "Forums" link would be more useful.
          Even so, good work, Love it.

            It looks great but i must agree with the stig, haveing a link to the forums that&#39;s a little more out in the open would be useful. Putting it at the top left or something where it stands out and is easily accesible. maybe it could be in the top bar beside the "home" or "contact" links.

            very good work other then that little quirk.

              Vexona, have you noticed the trojans you get by clicking on "Halo Costuming and Prop Site - Yes , Were the Elit.." up on the left. I made a thread about it on the noob forum, apperantly I am not the only one getting this.

              Please investigate

                  I dont think so, there was a guy in my thread that knowed about coding and saw alot of random and strange code on the main page. It seems part of this site has been hacked by a site packed with Viruses. According to him, but nothing I believe we cant fix.

                    Well, to say I&#39;m surprised is an understatement. We&#39;re like 7 days early and I&#39;m a neatfreak on making the images fit and I only finished my graphic tweaking for the first 2 pages... soooo.. you can hold off on any graphic comments you have today.. I know [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]. As far as the link to the wiki goes reporting some kind of trojan.. I&#39;ll relay the message but I&#39;m 99% sure hearing this was all fixed on the wiki (either way we&#39;re not really affiliated with them) ..but we don&#39;t want you guys to catch anything. As far as getting to the forums, I&#39;ll run the message up about adding a dropdown menu at the top bar as well has having the big section on the right.

                      I think the link broken in question is the one to 405th.com in the first post which has a space in it which stops it from working.

                      The trojan which was being reported had nothing to do with the wiki and is now completely cleared up with the new front page.

                        Yeah just re-read that (there was the same problem on the wiki awhile back) and that problem has been resolved. Anyhow, continue discussion about the new site. No trojan&#39;s here [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]

                              The link problem was just a space in the url in vex&#39;s post. I can&#39;t thank Vex enough for this absolutely awesome site. The ezine team is now the 405th editorial team, and it&#39;s more than I could have ever asked for.

                              As far as the navigation and any other issues are concerned, we&#39;ll be improving things constantly. But the fact that we have a fabulous front page where people get all the best stories, news, projects in one easy to find spot will be wonderful.

                              I must say, Vex and her team did such a great job on this. I helped very little and I&#39;m very proud of what she did. She worked so very hard on it.
