Redid the torso at scale about 2 inches shorter on the sides, its pepped and getting fiber glassed. I'll put up pics when its done.

I've noticed this as well, there has been a bit of a decline with responses to WIPs. The same thing has happened to my build (granted I haven't had an update for a while) but after over 350 views, there were only 4 responses.

Beyond that, your pepping skills are great. I personally would have started over on the ODST helmet and wasted a ton of time rather than what you did and incorporate HD portions that you need. Good thinking. Can't wait to see more pics.

Your not alone there, I don't receive a large amount of replies like others, and right now my wip is up to three posts in a row >.< The helmet looks really nice, especially with added details.

Almost there I'm fiberglassing the chest piece, but i'm in all honors classes so im lucky if I can work on it a hour a night I'll edit later with what I have so far. I suppose Ill start scaling and pepping some other pieces

I don't like double posting, so im doin this. Chest is all fiberglassed and the resin is sanded down some. I'm goin to wall mart tomorrow for foam, and a couple other things. Expect a bunch of updates SOON!

If you notice the bondo is coming up in some places, Im gonna just superglue it down. still haven't gone to walmart though, I'll probably do that tomorrow. Bondoing is SOO much easier this time around. Experience right?

What chest model did you use? Can i get a link to it?

The chest file he used should be in the Halo Reach file thread, along with almost everything else.

Great work though! The chest looks great. Your limited to like an hour a day and doing a lot more work then I am. Although I'm lazy when it comes to chemicals and cutting.

I have progress!! I got the chest piece split then realized my fiberglass in those area's did not fully go down.

I left out the couple details in the left bicep cuz I either dont like 'em or since im gonna pep some add-ons you wont see them anyway.

then my dogs got in to a BIG fight 10 lb Papillon Vs 30 lb cocker spaniel (despite what they say sometimes size DOES matter) and messed up my thumb.
