    Want to know one of the worst feelings in the world? Burning yourself with hot glue and wondering if it's your own skin you're peeling off your fingers while some stupid Taylor Swift song is stuck in your head... on your birthday.

    Anyway, I posted a thread a couple weeks ago but in the wrong subforum. Needless to say, I felt dumb and the thread didn't get much attention. Here it is finally, after two years in the making.

        I'm using foam for the rest of the armor. Got the chest core done.

            Chest core looks good so far, and the visor is amazing.

            I'll keep an eye out to see how you're gonna work out the shoulders and the forearms, since my attempts at foaming them resulted in something more or less like the intended result (see my thread). I might end up emulating your process if you achieve greater success! ;-)
