Reach Trooper Helmet Build

Here's my first version of the Reach Trooper Helmet pepped out.

I modeled and unfolded the helmet myself. This was my first attempt and learned what was wrong. I then update my file and reunfolded the model.

Everybody can grab the file through this thread on our project website.

I'll be working on putting the new pep file together and hopefully having it be the right size.

The first one I made was way too big. So I used what I learned to redo my model and the pep file and scaled it down. I'm working on the second as we speak. I'll post what happens soon.

Ok, so I started it.... and I'm still cutting it out. MAN that is a lot of pieces!!!! Oh well..... have you finished you new one yet? I scaled mine to "Height= 230mm"..... I hope that works....

Alright, finally got my second pep complete.

Height was 9 in, what I saved the file as, which seems to work perfect.

I'll be putting this project on the back burner for now, but I'll still be trying to further it along.
I'm going to be focusing on my spartan III suit for the launch. I'll be creating a thread for it so you guys can check it out.
Let me know how your own peping of this helmet goes.

Hey, loving this so far! I was just looking at your Dawn Under Heaven website and I noticed under the "Studio Redesign" section, in the second picture, that wouldn't happen to be my unfold of L3X BLU3R1V3R's Reach sniper rifle, would it?

Edit: Wait, you don't have to answer that, because I just noticed a detail that I added to make the piece peppable!! Sweet, you're using our rifle! Looks great!
