Alright, so, I'm looking at throwing together a costume of Hawke (Mage) from Dragon Age 2 for a party with some friends. The party is a fair way off, so I wanna take my time and do it properly, but at the same time it means I have to start ASAP.

But obviously he wasn't working off a pep file, that was all scratch built so far as I can tell.
He's my problem. I cannot scratch-build to save my life, and I'm no better at creating pep files. My armor building skills are decent.
I'm looking at building this from foam. It'll be easy really, it's quite simple armor in that there's very little rounded surfaces. All I need is a pep file to work off, or something like it.
Does anybody have any idea where I might find something like that?
