I have a question. Im done making a chest piece with rubber foam. How to fill the middle of the joint sides.

If its the inside you can fill it with hot glue.
If its the ouside you need to cut the pieces on an angle so that they fit together flush, without the gap.

    Good luck.
The more you do it, the better you'll get.
"use shap blades & change them out offten" it will make all your cuts easier.

You can also try Plumbers or metal epoxy, which you can sand down.

Can I use putty? Thats not the worst gap I made. There are plenty more gaps I made from using foam. Im new to this foam building. And i think its awesome coz its easy and flexible.

I've never had good luck filling in the gaps. Hot glue would be your best bet but my best advice is try to make the closest, tightest fit you can make so you have no gaps to fill. Hot glue doesn't like to come off of foam once it cools so if you accidentally mess up will filling any voids, it can take alot of work to fix it up.
