Hi, I'm Purrie... and I too am a brony. I guess it started one night, after seeing the show on "Know Your Meme", and I had to see what all the fuss was about... Now I'm hopelessly lost in the magic of Equestria and find myself spending countless hours on Ponycraft (Minecraft server)... All I really have to say is- WHY CAN'T SEASON 2 COME SOONER! haha

Why do people like MLP so much, I've heard about it and a few friends of mine even told me to try it out but I couldn't get past the first five minutes. What is so great about it? The story, characters, what is it?

It's just like any other popular series- it won't appeal to everyone, but for some people there's something that clicks and they enjoy it. It's just like people have different levels of humor, and different interests. I like the show simply because it doesn't feel like a dumbed-down kids show, and it does have some good humor and character-relationships; it's just fun to watch.

Wow they remade that show? Being an 80's kid with 2 sisters I'd be a liar if I said i didn't watch it back then, just like with every other 80's show the remake can't be as good as the original.
