can't post new threads in "universe"

    #1
I was able to...and now I can't anymore? Yet around the same time I am able to PM now(probably because i am not a noob?). I can post threads in most other areas I think and replies...just not threads in that section which I frequent often.

Also don't know if this is just me or not...but next to the Master Chief in the banner on the top left it says "Recover your password login. Something is up with the system.". Yet I am logged in.

Thanks in advance and understand frustration if this has been brought up before.

    Ben

This is working as intended. The forums were not configured properly and anyone(noobs) that are not an Infantryman or higher was able to post wherever they wanted. The admins have now fixed this. You have to wait until you rank up.

PMs were broken because of a separate issue. I am almost certain that anyone can PM, regardless of rank.

(you are still a noob, same as me)

^thanks for the reply. I like the simplicity of this forum and the lack of ADs which is nice, but yeah glitches still happen.

New members are limited to posting new topics the Noob forum only. They can respond anywhere.

All other members may start threads anywhere, but the noob forum. They can respond anywhere.

This is not a glitch, this is as it is intended to be.

While you may consider yourself a noob to the hobby, as far as the forum is concerned, your 575 posts mean that you are not, hence you need to post in the creation discussion under the appropriate forum/subforum.
