405th Email notification and PM doing weird stuff.

Ok, so I'm having problems with my PM, such as outgoing PM's never being sent and incoming PM's never arriving. Also, PM fails to notify me via email that I have a message, and PM will turn around and re-send notifications that I have new messages here, ones that I read the week before.
Is anyone else having these problems?

I just got three emails today for pms I received up to a week earlier.
