Actually Kill Kill Kill is the one who built the Scout Helmet and has the pep file for it,We are both members of Stony Props so thats probably why your getting us confused. Im building the Recruit, im not sure if he will release the pep file until the helmet is completed, you would have to contact him to find out when the file will be released
