Speaking of... Update! The body suit is done - fabric paint on a wetsuit - and I am working on finishing out the arm pieces.

Been a while since I've posted updates on this, but having purchased a wetsuit (with boots and gloves) my suit is coming along! The paint is too wet to take a new picture, but here's the most recent one.

Back in 2007 I competed in a Halo 3 competition at a store called Micro Center. The prize was a free Legendary edition of Halo 3. My question now is this; will Micro Center (or a similar store) be having a competition with the same prize for Halo: Reach?

Was it the ones with the plastic hilt? Speaking of, does anyone have any suggestions for a good type of wood for the hilts on my swords?

The edges of the Energy Sword will be sharpened, but the Keyblade would be too difficult to sharpen, so it'll remain blunt. I do plan to paint it black, so when I engrave on it, they'll show up as silver lines.

The Energy Sword has been priced at $30 for the sheet of steel, and around $80 for the service of cutting it out. So roughly $110. I have no clue for the Keyblade.
