Inner Thigh Problem

Ive been searching through the past posts about inner thighs and found the HD thigh piece with the inner thigh. However the problem is the links to those thigh pieces are no longer any good. And I am not about to settle for just using straps to hold the thigh on my legs. What can I do about the inner thigh part?
