Still need MK IV ideas

After disappearing for months, I'm looking to make another couple ODST sets as practice, but my MK IV will have to be made from scratch. I'll be starting with drawings and cardboard templates, which will be folded into actual pieces and tried on for size. Should I keep the folding idea when I get to the foam smithing? since I've never made a spartan armor set, I might need under suit ideas

you should try using 2 mm foam and cloth you can sew on the foam

Never heard of sewing cloth on to foam, until now.

neither had I but I saw it somewhere on the forums the glue wasn't bonding so I tried it and it worked.
