visor help please.

hey guys so my helmet is all done getting fiberglassed but now what do i do about the visor?
i tried the clear worbla which worked but i want a good blue hard plastic visor. any ideas?

Looks like you did an awesome job with cutting it out cleanly. Why not do a little bit of bondo work to make it perfectly smooth, and then try your hand at vacuum forming?

Try using some of that 'nite-shade' car light tint paint or window tint to colour the visor blue, from what I've heard in other threads they should work quite well.

ok awesome i was planning on making a vacuum former tomorrow and awesome on the blue thanks! and i will definitely try and get more bondo on it just ran out today lol.

If you want hard-plastic, then your way is vacuum-formed visor only.

Yeah just built a vacuum table and hope it works need to figure out a way to heat up the petg plastic though any ideas?
