Helmet scaling

Ok so I have already printed two helmets and both times they were completely out of scale. The first one would fit only a baby and the second would fit the hulk. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. If anyone knows a video or can just tell me straight forward how to get the right scale it would be appreciated.

Ok first off what glue would be best for glueing the peices of my pepakura helmet. Second, how should I start when fiberglassing the helmet. I am scared that the helmet will warp. If there is anyone who can help. HELP!!

I was going to mold the helmet for my "master chief" suit but for the body armor i was thinking about using to pepakura stuff for the main suit itself. i am ging to cast it and put a couple of layers of fiberglass resin on it. i was womdering if that would be derible enough for a good suit. i will be posting pics of my progress soon.
