How I make rounded corners is I trim the corner with an xacto knife, and I sand it down until it's rounded. Or I score and fold the plastic sheet, and fill in the scored area with epoxy putty.

nah dude,its sentra plastic ,same stuff i use to make mando and st armor....its styrine plastic with foamcore inside it,some call it sign board.

i just use spray paint bro, works all good
