    1. That is a really cool effect. I might have to try it once a get more experienced with these kind of things. lol but yeah now you can rock out in style.

      That's a great effect. The sanding really makes a difference vs sponging and other techniques for mottling.

    5. you can also use petrol jelly instead of tooth paste. it should remove the need for a scrubbing pad

      That's a cool effect. I've heard petrol jelly will work, too. I've also heard mustard works.

      Great! thanks for showing us this! I have used the toothpaste method on smaller aircraft models to replicate flak damage and it works well
