E-zine Looking For New Recruits

The E-Zine staff has been hard at work since the release of our March issue. We&#39;ve been cracking away at a whole new 405th Source, a kind of &#39;reinventing&#39; of the e-zine. It&#39;s almost complete, and we&#39;re to the point where we want to ask for your all&#39;s help!

We&#39;re looking for some new recruits: talented individuals who are interested in contributing a little (or a lot) to our news, fiction, and media.

We&#39;re kind of in an exciting position to brainstorm right now. So if you are interested in sharing a bit of your time writing a news article, a fictional story, your perspective from an event, reviews, or you name it- we&#39;d love to hear it!

Also, quickly, I&#39;d like to announce one other piece of news! Please give a big round of applause to UNSC_Leatherneck for his new role as Editor in Chief. Due to some circumstances, tlither has been unable to be online , but UNSC_Leatherneck has done a stellar job of taking charge and committing *a lot* of his time and effort to ensure the success of the 405th Source!

Well I&#39;ve written a story based on the Halo series.. but I&#39;m not sure if it&#39;s even good enough for the E-zine XD. I have to edit a couple parts that&#39;ll help the reader understand the story more. If you&#39;re wondering it&#39;s 32 pages long..

Edit: If you want I&#39;ll give you a sample of my writing. PM me if you need anything such as examples.

I would like to contribute by posting articles about members. I would love to cover new projects started that catch my eye, new status&#39;s such as elite, mod and such. I would also like to cover reviews of forum related items being sold. I tend to order things and peopel have sent items this way and I think they should be given credit for their hard work and dedication. I could also do shout outs for those who donated time and/or money to the forum or other forum Members. I have been seeing an increase of humanity on the forum. So many people are helping others for no other reason other than wanting to help. There is a great amount of personal information to share about the Members if they allow it. I would need help from the Members by sending me a psersons name and what they have done and why they should be spoken about. I am on here quite a bit (more than I should be...lol) and I monitor pretty well. If you all are interested in something like this for E-Zine please let me know.

I work well with photoshop. I also have some experience with freehand and Adobe InDesign.

I&#39;d also like to suggest like a file/piece/prop of the month, if there isn&#39;t one already.
