Pretty much. First we got blocks of green flora foam and sculpted basic shapes, then we added most of the detail with craft foamies, then fiberglassed, then painted, then added leather, and lastly added screws and such.

Wow that looks really good man. Real leather covering the grip? =O!!

Also, did the fiberglass have any bad reaction with the foam board you used for detailing or the flora foam you used for sculpting?
