i don't know its the character off of the front of the gameinformer mag.

there are more peices to the helmet but i think they would be easier to find than to make out of pep.

Pic? All I've seen is the debut trailer with the dude next to the NCR flag and I don't remember what the old F2 NCR guys looked like.

Btw, I unfolded the helmet. Here I tried the mask too, but it wouldn't...cooperate.

The Story is that you are some kind of Courier who gets beat up for you package and you wake up with amnesia and wonder about trying to find out what was in the package that was SO important.

I checked the Vault wiki. The dehydration feature sounds intresting. I found fallout 3 to be way too easy.
