I started with Skip's pep model, hacked off large portions of it, used the dome from a kid's skateboarding helmet, and redefined significant portions of it along the way.

In other news, I was perusing my copy of the Art of Halo the other day and stumbled across this bit of grenade concept art:

I'm thinking I might need to bring the Thermite (middle left) and white phosphorous (bottom right) versions to life. I'm going to need more things to hang on my H3 Marines when I finally get around to doing a photoshoot.

I'm always looking for new projects to take on. If there's something you'd like me to make, email me.

Could you somehow post some more images from the Art of Halo? Just a crappy question. That's all.
Good luck bringing it to life! Can't wait!

You can pick up a copy of the book by clicking HERE. I'm not about to go scanning in all of the pages. It is worth having though.

After months of pushing this little project aside, I've finally finished one of my health packs:

You can read about the build process here: http://protagonist4hire.blogspot.com...t-aid-kit.html I made it a point to make it a fun read.

Okay, now that's cool. Let me know if you are making completed kits available.

Sure. If you want details, just shoot me an email at sthorsson99@yahoo.com and we'll work something out. I'm only making the outsides though. You'll have to figure out what you'll put inside on your own:

Are you willing to share any of the Carvewright files you made with the STL Importer? Do you think it's something I should buy? I already have a Carvewright.

Crazy fool. Why do you always jump? Someday you're gonna land on something as stubborn as you, and i don't do bits and pieces!
