Okay, well firstly...
Your grama and punctuation and spelling could use a little more attention. I mean we all make mistakes, but take a little bit of care in it. Your first paragraph didnt even have a full stop or commas or anything to break it up.
Now, onto the Armour.
A regular printer will work fine. In the File Menu, select the Print and Paper SetUp option and choose your paper size (most likely letter or A4). You may need to re-arrange some of the pieces so that they fit on the page properly.
Before jumping straight into a full project, you may want to build a few test models. Small things like Grenades or Ammo Clips. A good starting weapon is the assault rifle found in the Costuming sections.
Once you feel confident enough to start, organise all your desired armour pieces. Depending on your method, you can choose varying ammounts of detail. Be sure to scale the files correctly according to your size. This can be done in the 2D Pattern Window menu at the Change scale of development option. Then print, cut and glue your way to an epic armour set.
