Spartans aren't born their built, thru blood, sweat, and tears. And maybe a little Fiberglass.

What size is your torso piece, because I tried that one (by L3X) and it came out too large. Also, looking good.
I'm 5' 9'' 170Lb med build most of the pep file fit me nice. some I need to elongate (once I fig out how) as for this chest Yes I could have cut it down by 10% but being its very hot at most con. I set it up to handle my Coolant sys that I wear under reg armor. Its an extra 8'' around my upper body so thats added into my fig. I just hope the rest of the Halo armor is in pa-portion. but if not I know I will be redoing the forearms and shines later in HD. I just need to finish what I started first.

(Edit) tried it on today had to rip it, to fit it. But yes it fits with the extra room and I can put my arms down, was worried about that when I found out it was made by a 6'6" person. all is good.

The latest up date: Tapered lower chest to fit.

Looks like I have to rescale the shoulders to fit the upper so I'll be doing that this week end.

NOTE: to all people starting off, if you've notice that I upgraded my chest and had to re-scale most of my upper body parts. I would say to you pick a build and stay with it.
I have a few months of cold so I have time, but it wasted allot of time and mat.

the new Shoulders. Added 20% to them to make them fit the scale.
Working the Biceps now to make fit scale.

Most people have fun destroying things. Some people have fun building things. I have fun building things, that destroy things.

      Thanks Toacrabman,
If you're talking about the Venting/Louvers, I used the parts of a different HD chest as noted in the L3X thread I'll try to link them a little later.

The build looks like it is coming along well. Your pep work looks like it is very clean which is good. Just a little piece of constructive criticism, it looks like you may have to do something about the neck area once it is hardened, you don't want it to dig into your neck. You can always do want AceNat did and use the 1/2 inch foam to create the little neck area. Just a thought. Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing how this turns out!

The foam is looking really good about now. I have to wait till Feb. till I can harden it and find out tho. I'm working on the shoulders again on this 1 do to the new chest and will probably have to redo the bicep's to. But thats what I get for changing up the chest in mid build.

OK Question how do you elongate a piece? the forearm to be exact. I've been able to get away with the %10 method till now.

you cant elongate pieces, only scale them, unfortunately, though you may be able to modify it after pepping.
onto the torso, that looks really good, seems to fit you like a glove, also what are all the yellow lines on it?

Well....as to the yellow lines. I don't like wasting paper so the lines are to let me know what side and/or part to cut and keep.
