    Mk VI + other projects

Right this is a project for me and my friend to show our progress to you we are going to make all of the armour in halo 3 to eventually cast and sell (links for how to cast would be nice as I'm having a bit of trouble finding it). The first thing I have done is an EOD helmet it is pepped and will be resined soon Now my friend is undecided as to what he wants to do and I don't know if he will use his own account or mine but I will keep you updated on that as well.

HAHA....I like how you crossed out the "Sexy" and put "Epic"....though, if I were you, I'd put the straps and buckles after you finished your helmet :P

I got a bit bored so I cut up a bike helmet and stuck it inside I will probably resin that as well though so that its nice and strong when I'm putting it on. The whole sexy thing didn't look right so I thought I would change it...

Looks good so far but i would take out the strap too. padding and strapping is the very last step. Also, the top of your dome looks a little bit rough. If you can get any of the extra glue off now you will save your self a ton of sanding later.

Yeah, make sure you get everything as close to perfect as possible with your pep model. Because pep is the building block and main structure, even missing a tiny detail can mess you up a lot and cause lots of extra work in the end. If you have to, re-print sections to make them better. I've done that a few times and although it takes a bit more time before you can resin, it's worth it in the end

More progress finished a whole lot of stuff like a Recon helmet, Carter's shoulders, Emile's shoulders and a recon chest

    For the lols

    Carter's shoulders

    Emile's shoulders

Is Emile's shoulder a bit too big or is it ok...? I will most likely be working on a HD Mk VI Chest next so it may take a while...

That Recon helmet looks really smooth. Did you use the HD Pep file?

Yep it was so easy to put together as well. The only tricky part was around the visor other than that it was simple.
