Working on this to send to Bionicle: Next Generation for BrickFair. Already 3rd weekend work here.
The material I used is Tap Quikcast, which I would say is similar to Smoothcast. The immediate problem I had was that I didn't seal the holes on the pep build! So it was leaking out and wasting all that product. Fortunately, I had just enough to fill everything. This was also my first time actually having to sand and primer the piece, the whole shebang.
