I got a motorcycle visor and cut it properly but its a no go on it. Anything else I could use that doesn't pu up as much of a fight?

Why is it a no go? I'm working on a recon helmet too (no thread yet), but a trimmed motorcycle visor fits fine in it. Of course, like any visor, it will not be seated perfectly, but there are numerous tutorials on how to make the gap between visor and helmet indistinguishable.

Noob Tipnature- Reduce your font size in Pepakura Designer. It makes lining up folds easier, which in turn improves your accuracy.
Try using a heat gun to bend it, works much better than just trying to bend it into shape. If you dont want to buy one try using a blow dryer.
"One shall stand, one shall fall"
There are a fw things you can do.
You can buy plexy glass, mold it into shape with a heat gun or even a house hold stove. Then afterwords apply an after market tinting solution, but first buff it to get as much distortion away as possible.
Or you can take the visor you alredy have and as "got armour" said, use a heatgun or stove to flex it into shape.
Spartan VS Samurai
Samurai: "I am trained in the Kiejen Mikyo Style! The art of the sword!
Spartan: "Im trained in shotgun, make a move dipshit.
You could also go with a 2 liter soda bottle> I am also in progress of recon and and using a bottle as a visor. Just cut out the shape and tint it.

You can also use a cheap face protection visor. Most can be cut to shape and are flexible enough to fit easily.

works fine for the recon, not so well for most other helmet types.
