      Charity Auction helmet

So I may or may not be going to RVB Canwest this year, I'm in discussion with the Events guy and we're working out a deal....

If things work out, I've offered to make a helmet (or two, depending on my time) to donate to the charity auction.
Worst case, doesn't work out, I make the helmet(s), and just sell them anyways. :P

Only problem is, I'm not sure which helmet to make! Because I like different things, I would make a pilot helmet and offer that up, BUT the pilot helm isn't AS recognizable as say a mark V.
So this is where you guys come in and help me! I need suggestions as to what would be the most 'desirable' helmet people would want. I set it so you can vote for more than one (please limit to just two choices. Voting for all of them doesn't help :P)
This isn't AS mandatory, but posting your head dimensions will help me average out a number so that this helmet will fit the general public (because we all know heads come in different shapes and sizes)
Length, width, height please, along with an opinion!

      Thanks guys!

And to anyone who has made casts of helms, if you're interested in donating, pm and we'll talk. What I'm thinking is if I am going and you want to donate, send me a raw pull ahead of time (I'll know sometime in January so it's plenty of time), I'll finish it, paint it, visor it, padding, all that good stuff (if you don't have time to do that stuff yourself but would still lke to contribute), and bring it with me (credit will obviously be given to you for casting it of course).
And IF I have time/know-how to make a cast of whatever helmet I plan to donate, I'll make some extra pulls and send you one as a thank-you.

There is no debate - MC MK VI. My kids wore Master Chief MK VI and they were easily recognizable everywhere they went. As for size, I wouldn't now because I never made an adult size.

My second option will be Noble 6. Compare to other Noble team, I think Noble 6 is the easiest. I like Emile but you are going to have a tough time replicating the visor. As for size, I used the Noble pack without resize. Works well for me.

I would go for ODST too, but IMO it is easily mistaken for some other characters. Hope that helps.

Yeah I'm thinking the mk VI will be the more obvious choice.

Noble Six is easy, I've already made one for my bf, so making a second wouldn't be hard at all. Problem with the size for Noble 6, I probably used the same file you did for yours, and it fits my bf just fine, but it's HUGE on my head... So that's why I'm looking for an average size idea to size the helms to.
The EVA, would be a big bi*** to do, which is why I put the Pilot up for as an option; yes there's a lot of visor on it, but I've already made one for myself (in 2 days might I add... Yeah, not doing that again) so having more time, it'll be way easier and better this time round.

ODST are ok, but personally, unless the visor is done RIGHT, in one vac-formed piece, it just looks goofy.... And I don't have a vac-former or know-how to do all that. Also with the ODST, it's a slimmer helm and is pretty iffy on most people.

Master chief from Halo 1 or 3 are the most recognizable. The classic look just can't be beat.

    7. I'd have to say Mk VI... as much as it pains me to do so.

I'm not a fan of it at all. BUT.... It has become the most iconic helmet.

I'd rather go for the MK. V but not many people in this age can recognize it as the Chief helmet. Someone thought my friend's was a poor-quality one because of how its shaped.

Most Halo items we see today all have the iconic Master Chief and his iconic MK.VI helmet.

Spartan-116 was my Spartan's ID when Halo CE first came out for the Xbox & PC. I am the original Spartan-116.

I may have just voted for the heck of it, but to be honest, whatever you make for the auction would be worth while no matter what it is.
~When in doubt, improvise! Trust me, I do it 98% of my day.

So looks like I'm more than likely going so I'll be making (at least one) a helm to donate to Child's Play and MS Society of Canada.

Would anyone else like to donate? Would be great to see a few helms up for auction (even better if made by true halo fans - 405th members) to help a great cause. Props and such are welcomed as well!
