Download Windows 32 bit Plotter Driver
32 bit Windows XP/Vista/7 only (Note: Not for use on 64 bit OS)
or
Download Windows 64 bit Plotter Driver
64 bit Windows XP/Vista/7 only (Note: Not for use on 32 bit OS)

Also download the Controller, found right below it:
-Windows Plotter Controller
