You're definitely braver than I was when I started my first suit. I started off with the hand plates. haha

You're doing a good job so far and I can't wait to see the rest of your suit in the future!

And I'm happy to see another female spartan join the ranks! >8D

    6. Thanks so far everyone

@Rex, awhh drats I thought it was plain sailing from here lol JK, I know, Im messing with the chest armour scale, lucky Im flat chested so i dont need to worry bout depth haha,

Im so relieved you guys think my scale and pep is okay, I was running blind into this and didnt really know if it looked okay I'll keep posting more pics and stuff as I go

and @Saber, HEY GIRL!!! tiz great finding other female spartans also, love your avvie, Red V Blue ftw, my friends call me Caboose at school haha we're such awesome nerds who's your fave RvB/Project Freelancer charater?

Mine is Caboose obv (we have so much in common lol) and I love the way South Dakota fights, just a shame about what happened with her Bro and all ... *whistles innocently haha* Its funny coz I was a twin once too *obv I didnt hurt my twin or anything, heavens no!!!*

    7. Well, you guys have seen my peping progress, and I have now solved my -no-safety-gear-and-no-shed-problem ... My uncle has a plant hire business (he owns tractors and digs stuff for people :/ ... I live in the country deal with it haha) and has a massive shed with lots of tools, so he and my cousin are allowing me to use a corner of their shed and some of their safety gear so the project will go ahead, I also bought a fiber glassing kit today so I can start that tonight or tomorrow and hopefully get the helmet rock solid before going back to college God knows this project will slow considerably once I start college again.

finishing a web design assignment for college on Monday

Take care everyone, Im gonna chill, get dinner, read up on fiber glass-stuff and catch ya's later!!!

I'll have pictures up soon *hopefully*

I would make sure to use the correct respirator. The dustmask is only good for particles, and when you're doing the fiberglassing, you need to have one that blocks fumes. I'd be sure to use the correct one just for your own safety.

I also would suggest wearing an organic respirator as the fumes will hurt your brain over time. As for doing it in your kitchen I doubt your family will thank you for it as resin smells nice and strong and the smell clings to everything so it normally takes a couple of days to die down.
