Working on my first Mark VI

      Hello evryone,
Im new to this site but have done my research for some time now and ive decided to work on creating my first Mark VI armor. For the moment Ive began the long and processes of cutting and folding the pep pages for the armor. Currently I have folded the forearms and shoulder pices for both my left and right arm.

I will post pics on my prosses ( I dont have my camera a the moment) and something tells me i might have gotten the sizeing wrong for some pieces, but hey thats the fun part. Its all about trial and error. I will begin on the chest piece this coming up week.

Spartans aren't born their built, thru blood, sweat, and tears. And maybe a little Fiberglass.

    3. Sounds great! Starting two suits with my friend. Hope yours ends up good. Welcome to the 405th!

Hi everyone, finally back after leaving the state for a job position. I should have just wasted the money that I used from the trip towards the suit lol. Any ways my biceps were to big so I'm redoing that part as soon as I get done with my chest pice which I started last week. I'm hoping it will be done this week. Ill have to figure out how to post my pictures from my work using my iPhone and then upload them to the CPU. I'll see if I can post some pics this week.

    5. Lookin forward to it!

HI everyone, Ive been working on my armor now for about five weeks, I've been on and off working on it. So far i have had the helmet, right and left biceps done, right and left fore arms done, both plate hand, the chest piece done, the cod done, bothe thigs done, and working on the shins and boots. Ive resin some of the items and I've placed them on myself to make sure they fit, and they do!! I'll start fiber glassing soon.

Oh I had a question that maybe some one can answer, I was wondering how i can upload images to my thread so I can show everyone how my work is going. Thanks everyone, I have gained a lot of valueable data from reading other peoples threads.

Use photobucket.com or a similar photo hosting service. There's a lot of free ones and most of them have an easy to use interface that make it simple to link photos to forum threads. I like photo bucket because it has a mobile app and I don't have a camera so this way I post right from my phone.
