A few days ago I started Al and here my pics

I didn't scale anything since the pdo is for 5'10"-6'2" ( I'm 5'9 and skinny build) In my mind all would fit me if I add padding in the inside(I might be wrong now). The forearm and bicep is slightly big, but I expected as much not for scaling. The chest piece might be good(hard to get on), I was planing and cutting the sides latter so I could put it on easier. The thigh piece is a good fit. The shin piece I can't get my foot through it.(if the hole was slightly bigger around the ankle area my foot would fit just fine)

Since this is my 1st try at making AL I might re-make all the pieces, After i figure out how to scale correctly.

I am always open to suggestions and advice

I agree, it does look like it may be a little bit too big, but you may be able to pull it off. If you do decide to re-scale it, do it early so you don't waste time and resources. Aside from that it is looking good so far. Your pep work seems to be nice and clean, which is always a good thing and saves time in the future. Do you plan on making the whole pep suit before doing your next steps with it? Also, your Barry costume looks sweet. Good luck with the rest of this. I'm looking forward to seeing more progress from you.

Here a pic that i forgot included in the last post

Sadly the shin and chest rip so i need to re-make it, but i did decide to re-scale it.

The new forearm almost fit me like a glove.

Looking good ive only seen one other one like this and yours is good so far im also a bigFMA fan though

FMA is an acronym for Full Metal Alchemist. It's an anime.

The armor looks great so far! Keep it going!

Yeah i think we're making the same suit with the same pepekura. I had to make the body three times before it was sized right. You'll need to collar to be able to fit around the bottom of the helmet. The original scale is about 5 inches short of what it needed to be.
