Just what should I use?
And with the head the neck i would have to be fabric or foam something I can turn in without hurtin my neck
Did you like my Elite drawing on my cupboard? I did it while looking at my mega bloks figure like two years ago...
Now I know how to draw them proply
And shadow what should I do next?
I'm runnin out of cardboard fast only got a tiny piece left!
Thank you everyone
well, first I'd suggest you look around local areas & malls & stuff, usually they have big recycling dumpsters with a shit ton of Cardboard, that's where I get cardboard I need
as for your neck situation, my idea for my costume was that it was going to be foam, but since that proves a problem for eyesight, I was going to tecture it with fabric mesh so I can see out of it as well.
& regardless of whether or not you looked at a mega bloks minifig, that drawing is fucking Rad, my friend!
another thing I wanted to mention with your beefing situation, all you gotta do is add more cardboard, I heavily suggest using reference images to figure out where areas need to be beefed up or added detail with. one thing I did for dead space costumes as well(it would definately work for this) is draw a scale image of your body in inches & design around that, if you'd like, I'll post the one I made for my abandoned Riot security suit from Dead Space 2 so you have an idea of what you're doing. if it isn't a physical enough reference to your body, I'd suggest using a Duct-tape dummy, it will make all the difference in the world, & hey! once you've got your armor done you'll have an awesome mannequin to display the thing on so that when your friends come over you've pretty much got a statue of an Elite Zealot in your room, you know, when you aren't terrorizing your streets & petting neighborhood cats. That sorta thing, anyways, keep building, your stuff is rad, & if you're still having trouble with your search for resin & bondo, give me a hollar, I can do some supply shopping for you & ship it over, the only issue is that I'd need the cash to do that, & if you can wire it, it can be done! Anyway, keep building! I'm looking all too forward to seeing this Hell of a costume done! I hope I could have been as informative & resourceful as possible to make you the best Sangheili warrior in Australia! with that, I bid you a friendly WART WART WART!!!!
