glad to see someone is finally building this file besides me :) i hope its good to you during the pep process. i made the unfold as simple as possible for us all. +1

Wow, I cut pieces as i need them. Hats of to you mate, I would get lost looking at all the shapes. Or one of the cats would steal a piece and I'd be messed up. I like the angles on this one.

well looks like its been a while but finally some progress. fiberglass is all done and now time for the bondo. heres a pik

Thats what im going to try to do, are you using foam cut-outs for this or paper. Need help finding where to start im not sure which route to take, need a bump in the right direction.

Pepakura (paper) seems to be the way to go when it comes to making helmets. To view pepakura files, you are going to need the pepakura viewer program. The program can be downloaded from here: http://www.tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/download/viewer.html. If you are interested in this helmet in particular, the .pdo file for this helmet can be found here: http://www.4shared.com/account/home.jsp?sId=XP3jNjRsx9Ghc5FO&changedir=oDwBDEVC. Hope this is that bump you were looking for!
Note: more pepakura files can be found here, so try taking a look before you decide:http://www.4shared.com/account/home.jsp?sId=XP3jNjRsx9Ghc5FO&changedir=CCB_6QwQ

More progress!!!!

Got a lot of the helmet done past few days. And the visor cut out. Its so mich fun to wear this thing I love it sooo much. I still have to bondo the right side and the back. So hopefully il have it done in aboit a month or so. Unfortunantly for me I work most of the week and only have a couple of days to wrk on the helmet.

Awesome work so far. Sounds like my work schedule, I work five days a week sometime six, so I only get a few hours a night to work on projects. Luckily I had the last 2 weekends off so I really went at it on my helmet. Yours looks like its coming along great, get that sandpaper ready!
