I still can't believe how good your build looks, not just the helmet either... everything looks great.
I guess the trick is to just add the craft foam all over the top of the EVA foam.
Do you scale the EVA to be slightly smaller? I mean, you are adding an extra layer onto the outside, so I would assume that would cause you to have a loss of detail, which I don't seem to be seeing.

Wow... That is one clean foam build. Makes me want to throw mine out and start again. LOL. I love the way you put craft foam over eva to get better definition and cover the seams ....uhhhhh.... seamlessly. Ravarkian you are a master of foam. My JFO foam will easily concede to your beautiful build. love the nerf gun modded to battlerifle. so very awesome
