@rainbow dash I tried it and it worked I can bend the foam part end it dosn't crack.

I worked on the Halo Reach AR and here some pics of the progress.
I know that it is not so good but I didn't get it better.

So after a longer time I finde the time to make a litttle progress.
I decide to modife my Torso because I it was not so good.
On the right side is how far I'm on the new one and on the left side is the old part.

This is looking really great! Love to see the progress. Even without all the pieces built out painted, you should try to put them all on for one of the pictures. (In addition to your other pictures) kind of like a "the build so far" pic. Looking awesome. Keep up the good work!

thx and yes I used the foam files frome the 405th data base.

No I don't needed to change the files that it fit but I changed them a bit to make them a little eaysier to make 4 me.

Update: I finished the torso and put it together here how it looks it's much better then before but still much to do.
