Ok so ive been idle for some time now, (little over a year) so i've decided to get back into the swing of things, i have an earlier WIP on the Halo Reach Healthpack which i intend to pick up again. Here is where i am at this moment.

That assualt rifle looks pretty good so far. Looking forward to seeing the completion of it.

Madd props on the Chest and Weapon. My big hands and fingers would be cramped for folding that small stuff. Keep it up

Ya mine too. I kinda took a shortcut and bought a vinyl cutter and I'm using it to cut the pieces out. It's a total l time saver. I printed and cut/scored 25 pages of the carbine in like 3 hours.

so no resin/bondo work when its dark out... so off to pepping....

Got half of the carbine pepped out.. maybe the rest tommorow.. also finished Rondoing the inside of the chest and plan on separating it while i resin the shoulders

so i got done splitting the chest in half to find that it is too small..

so i guess its back to pepping out another chest. meanwhile i just got my shipment in of the brushes so im good to go resining the rest of the gear. while i pep at night

That's a shame.

In what way did the chest piece not fit?

Couldn't you space it out or do some splitting and filling?

Unfortunately it just looks off from the helmet so it'll probably take me 2 days to get it fully pepped and ready for resin. jot too bad

ok quick update for what i got done today.....

2 coats of resin.... Rondo tomorrow along with the 25 pgs of a new chest....

only $15.00!!!!!!!!!!

1 final shot of the "assembled" Carbine. Possibly resin coat on AR and Carbine this weekend....

Had time to resin a few pieces while cutting out the chest pieces..

Thighs, Left shoulder, and Pelvis

Pelvis Belt

The second coat in a few hours and maybe rondo tonight....

Now off to assemble the chest....

ok big update.......
have been on Vacation for 2 weeks visiting family and now back home to get busy on things.... unfortunately I just started school again and that takes priority. So only might be able to work on things for like 3 days out of the week.
