got to thinking, what if im a dragon priest...i just dont know it yet?
im going to make the handle with pepakura/fiberglass, then use sintra for the blade.
cut the blade out of a sintra sheet.
glued two halves together so it had the right thickness.
and i got to working on the details tonight. i didn't worry about the bottom part because im going to make that part stick in the handle once i fill it up with something. trying to decide if i should fill it with smooth cast, or rondo.
i will be selling casts of the finished product if anyone is curious.
